How to Return

Simply fill out our return template with your name, email address, order ID, and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours on the details of the return process.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our most important focus! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the sale date.

If anything with your order went wrong, for example the package was damaged, or the item was defective, we must be notified within 7 days of the item being received. We will exchange, refund,or send you a label for return. Tal Depot reserves the right to refund a product instead of exchange if necessary. Please note, we may ask you for a photo of the item to have investigated by the carrier or manufacturer (this will not delay the return process in anyway).

If you choose to return this package in the event that the item is no longer wanted, disliked, or an accidental order, we ask that the product is unused and in the original packaging.If the return is a grocery item a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If item is under home supplies there may be a restocking fee of up to 10% and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our return center.
